Returns
We cannot accept returns that have been used or opened. You will receive an
exact exchange or refund under the following circumstances - product was
received damaged or defective, or an incorrect item was shipped. You must notify
us of the damaged, defective or incorrect item within 5 days of receipt. No
returns will be accepted without prior permission first. You must return the
damaged product/s to us within 30 days, and we will then issue you a refund or
identical replacement.
